We offer delivery services and allow you to request a "Decker" (our delivery person) to pick up these products from restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies; and deliver them to you at your doorstep (hereinafter referred to as "Services”).
Our platform simply connects you to these businesses; and we are neither affiliated with nor partners to any of the restaurants, supermarkets, or pharmacies listed in our platform. We are only responsible for placing the order on your behalf and arranging the delivery. We do not have any physical inventory of the products you order. We are also not a part of or a subsidiary of any of the businesses listed on our platform.
We neither have control over nor guarantee the quality or safety of the food, groceries, or medications you order. We also do not guarantee that the offers are accurate or that the businesses can fulfill the order exactly as described. We cannot guarantee that the products you order will be of satisfactory quality. We disclaim all warranties, both express and implied, to the maximum extent permitted by the law.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate delivery details and make full payment. Payment may be made through the available payment gateways on our platform. Prices listed are determined by the respective restaurants, supermarkets, or pharmacies, and may vary depending on promotions or location.
We reserve the right to refuse any order in cases such as stock unavailability, inability to deliver to your location, or fraudulent activity.
Deliveries are made by our Deckers. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and restaurant/supermarket/pharmacy preparation times. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
You may cancel your order within a few minutes of placing it, provided the restaurant, supermarket, or pharmacy has not started processing it. Once the order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your payment method within a reasonable time frame.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
